About Paragon - The Agency for People
Great people decisions start well before a vacancy exists. We work with your team on headcount forecasting, team design, and the capability you’ll need next, so when a role does open it is already part of a plan we built together. The support continues long after the role is filled.
Partnership: We work closely with your team and get to know the business properly.
Transparency: You always know what’s happening and where things stand.
Fit: We look beyond the role to the culture, values and team around it, making sure the person strengthens the organisation, not just fills the vacancy.

We don’t play agency games. We focus on good people, good process, and being a partner who truly cares about the people behind your business.
